General Assembling Workshop

The general assembling workshop of VTL Hoist possesses five production sections, including press fitting, body assembling, proof testing, packing & pallet making. The workshop has the production capacity of 500,000 pcs manual hoist and affiliate products, and is able to ensure ONE BY ONE proof testing for all products. Besides, VTL hoist possesses unique Over Load Protection device (OLP) calibration technique and equipment. The factory is able to supply over 5,000 pcs OLP manual hoist per month.

Chain Workshop

The chain workshop of VTL HOIST has an annual production capacity of 2,000,000 meters of calibrated Grade T (80) & Grade V (100) alloy steel load chain. The workshop owns three processing sections including automatic knitting & welding, calibrating and continuous quenching, with an independent test lab equipping with full set of load chain testing and inspection equipment such as tension tester, hardness tester and etc for load chain processing quality control. After self-inspection, products could be 100% inspected by QC and random inspected by QA before delivery. Stable quality of the chain can be fully guaranteed.

Machining Workshop

VTL Hoist has set up machining workshop in house, including 7 processing sections: lathe section, drilling section, broaching section, gridding section, threading section and gear hobbing section. VTL Hoist has over 40 CNC, including 12 set of HAAS CNC imported from United States. Besides, the workshop possesses over 20 gear processing equipment, advanced vertical broaching machines & numerical milling machines. The state-of-art equipment and well trained workman force is able to process over 5,000,000 gears and machined components per year. Key components of hoists can be all processed in house.

Stamping & Punching Workshop

VTL HOIST manufactures stamping & punching components for hoists on its own. The stamping & punching workshop has over 10 sets desktop press equipment, covering various pressing capacity, such as 350 ton and 160 ton, with over 900 sets stamping & punching dies, the workshop such a could perform process such as shearing, stretching, punching, shaping, side scraping and leveling and etc, including a huge number of advanced craftworks & know-how in hoist industry. The annual processing of high quality stamping & punching components reaches over 5,500,000 pieces.
